Details
This painting was a labor of love. I knew the warm colors and subject I was wanting to create, but I could not get this piece where I wanted. For about a month I kept coming back to paint a little more. I feel as if I created this painting 3 times, with all the different appearances it had. Now that it is complete, I look at this painting and see an end to the autumn season, peace with what is to come, and quiet within the trees.
